Hello! It's me - the face behind the business. You can call me Kaitlin or k.hart - I'll answer to both. "k.hart" is a nickname that dates back to my high school days and still holds strong among some of my closest friends - and now clients and industry friends!
I am always looking for any excuse to celebrate and almost always in planning mode. For as long as I can remember, I've wanted to be a professional event planner. I love meeting new people, seeing plans come together, and creating experiences big and small. With a background in logistics, I have a keen attention to detail and a need for hands-on application. When I first made the decision to get my feet wet in this industry, I immediately fell in love with the process, seeing first-hand what it really takes, and thinking to myself "this is what I'm meant to be doing.​"

I pride myself on my professionalism and my passion to succeed. My goal as a wedding planner is not only to create unforgettable moments for every couple and each of their guests, but also establish a network of reliable, sought-after industry professionals to partner with. I want to be able to make every event, large or small, the best it possibly can be! And I truly believe the best way to do that is by just bringing amazing people together.

I married my best friend in 2020 on the most beautiful November day St. Louis has probably ever seen. We welcomed our son, Maddox, into the world in the Spring of 2023 and we've been completely obsessed with him ever since. He's hilarious like his Dad and fearless like his Mom and he is constantly keeping us on our toes!

Since launching my company in 2018, I've helped hundreds of couples tie the knot in a wide variety of designs, locations, budgets, and planning styles.​​​

I'm 1 of 5 girls (nope, no boys!) and my mom is also 1 of 5 girls... Crazy, right?
We actually have a standing monthly sister night to hang out and catch up regardless of how many times we've already seen or talked to each other that day/week/month!

WHY I LOVE WHAT I DO
Aside from the planning + organization of it all, I love a good love story! I am truly honored to be a part of the most special day in a couple's life. Regardless of the colors in the floral arrangements or the timing of the toasts, at the end of the day two people have agreed to spend the rest of their lives together and I strive to make it a moment they will cherish forever.
